Hi guys,

Not sure if it means anything really but at the start of a game of Zombies just to see what level we could get to rather than finding out more secrets, at about level 15, I made my way back up to the room where the game starts.

I got cornered there and had to use a monkey bomb which I had gotten from the random crate. By this time also the electricity had already been turned on as well, but when I threw my last monkey bomb to help save my life, I cooked it, threw it up into the air near where the stairs are in the starting room where zombies come through the single window at the top, and the monkey bomb didn't detonate but teleported and a weird noise played along with a person laughing the crazy scientist guy it sounded like.

Not sure if it means anything or to do with the nav card table or a secret area perhaps that it will teleport you to, but you cannot get that high up to where I threw the monkey bomb.

I am thinking right now that I will build the trample steam again, keep trying all the random crates until I get the monkey bomb, then try to see if I can recreate the event again. If successful, I can then try and use the trample steam to catapult myself up the the same height that the monkey bomb was thrown at before it teleported.

Will let you know how it goes.

Thanks.

Henry

Hi Guys,

Forgot about this simple secret some people know about and some don't it seems when you play with people on Xbox live 4 player games. When the jumping jacks appear after so many levels (usually 4 or 5), if you just knife them without shooting them, they will give you a free perk.

Its easy the first time they appear to do this as there is not as many of them in the first stage nor has their health been increased as you get to the harder levels. If you want to do it after the first time they appear, your probably better riding the elevator to the roof and in the shaft at the top is the Bowie knife, which will make slicing and dicing these annoying jumpin zombies chopped suey.

Here is a video from youtube of how you do it. A power up appears like a bottle hovering and simply collect it to get a totally random perk.

Thanks for watching and reading guys. If you want to add any of your own secrets or tips and theories about the map, please feel free to comment.

Thanks.

Trample Steam room layout

Hi guys,

slowly but surely I am making the maps for each level as it requires a lot of playthroughs each time to jot down the shapes of the maps and where different parts spawn in different places after each game.

Here is the second floor layout and tells you where to find Navcards as well as labelling all of the usual guns, perk, zombie entry points, costs of opening doors and how much the guns cost information.

If I am missing anything from them please let me know and I will modify it. I will be adding some knowledg epicked up from the Internet and forums etc about the Die Rise map and will post them in here too to get them altogether for a large knowledge base with only relevant and quality content.

There is not too much on the second floor in terms of parts or things to collect only the Navcards and thats about it. the perks that travel up and down on the escalotrs here can be a life saver sometimes as you have 3 to choose from to get you out of a jam if need be. Sometimes the speed cola arrives at just the right time and when you have just the right amount of funds if you get caught in this area.

Thanks guys for visiting.

Trample Steam in Action - Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 Die Rise

Trample Steam in Action - Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 Die Rise

Hi guys,

some people have not had time to build the Trample Steam which is located at the second build table in Die Rise most people will come across. On solo play, I have created a video of how to build it by only opening two doors and being able to collect all the parts for it by around round 3, so it is not too difficult to do.

Its a great invention that help catapult zombies out of your way, or if there is another building you want to jump too but cannot make it with the normal jump, this catapult will hurl you across at great speed. It only takes a few seconds to set when you put it down. One problem with it is that the zombies will attack it, but you can pick up as many as you like from the table if it gets broke and every player in the game can have one each.

Be careful not to place one trap on one side of a jump and another person places a trap where you are going to land on the other. Once you flip across, as the other tries to fire you back, its not as strong sometimes and causes you to fall to your death. Definitely squeeky bum scenario time.

Here is a curious zombie wishing he had never been born examining the Trample Steam:

This is it in action throwing you across to a rooftop or inaccessible part from your current location:

If playing in solo play where most of the elevators are working already, the below video shows you how to build the Trample Steam by only opening 2 doors and using a shortcut and a lift to collect all the parts by round 2 or 3. Easy!:

Thank you for watching and reading.

Resetting the main elevator - Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 Die Rise

Resetting the main elevator - Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 Die Rise Zombie Map

Hi guys,

Sorry for the small video format and sound quality as this is recorded on my mobile phone when playing. Some people wonder if there is a way to reset the lift at the start of the game that falls crashing to the ground, which of course, you can.

When the lift crashes down, depending on how many players there are in the current game, there will be at least 2 keys in the rubbish in the corridor where you crash. Simply pick up one of the keys and run to the end of the corridor so you can see the other building you can jump to, and turn right. on the wall you will see one of the elevator reset / call switches which you add the key part to.

Be quick to get back to the lift as it shoots up quite fast, you need to be in it to win it so get your arse in there or you will have wasted a key.

Keys tips are located here:

Map layout of first floor is here with spawn locations of zombies, parts, perks, weapons, door costs etc:

What do the keys do on Die Rise in Black Ops 2? - Xbox 360 Version

What do the keys do on Die Rise in Black Ops 2? - Xbox 360 Version

Hi guys,

just found out what the keys are used for in the Zombie map Die Rise. Lots of people when the day the new map came out thought it was for special easter eggs and keys to hidden doors, however they are in fact used to call the elevator to whatever level you are on, and also bringing with it any perks that are in that particular one.

Each key can only be used once so its best saving it incase of a player gets downed and needs an important perk back like Juggernaut or if they haven't got the perk yet but find themselves stuck in a difficult spot where the extra abilities may come in handy.

Don't forget that you can jump onto the roof of the lifts and hitch a ride to the next level or up to the roof. Here is some images of the keys being user and how to use them:

When you spawn at start of the level, go down the elevator that crashes to pick up 2 keys in the corridor below:

You will notice that each lift has these controls beside them with the lock that needs a key, however when you walk past when the power is off it will not say anything about inserting an elevator key.

Turn the power on and go back to an elevator or whenever you need one and walk up to the control panel where it will tell you to "Hold X to insert elevator key":

Once the part is added, hey presto, wehatever lift you have called will come up to you right away and brings whatever paerk is inside the lift as well with it.

I will keep posting as I find out more secrets about the game. Once I have the second floors mapped out and other floors, I will post them as well as how to build the Sliquifier gun and wheres its parts spawn etc as its a very fun gun to use and spawns in the random crate afterwards when you build it.

Thanks for reading.
