Hey guys,

here is the Floating Zombie Easter Egg secret in Die Maschine zombies for Call Of Duty Cold War, which will reward you with either a free kill streak or a nice fright tonight, in the form of a jump scare.

Basically it involves finding 5 floating zombies located around the map that can be found when in the Dark Aether and shooting them until they disappear, simples.

In order to do this Easter Egg, we first need to have:

• Activated Pack A Punch
• Use any portal to travel into the Dark Aether

Zombies flying without wings

There are 5 locations in the Dark Aether we will find the zombies floating as if they were light as a feather on this map. The order they spawn in changes every playthrough so don't panic if you go to one of the locations mentioned below and you don't see the zombie defying gravity like a boss or floating down stream in the water in one location.

Flying Zombie Spawn Location 1

Is at the CRASH SITE area, floating up high in the trees getting a great birds eye view of everything below. If you look at the cock pit of the crashed plane in this area head on, side step to the right of the cock pit until you see the tail fin in the centre of the screen. Look up just above it and you will see a zombie floating through what looks like zero gravity.

Simply shoot him and he will disappear and we are off to the next spawn location.

Flying Zombie Spawn Location 2

Next location is in the POND area to the right hand side of the QUICK REVIVE PERK MACHINE. Simply stand to the right hand side of the tracked vehicle that should be floating up in the air, just a few metres away from the QUICK REVIVE machine. Then look toward the trees and there will be 2 trees highlighted in a darker black that the others around, almost framing the area where the floating zombie enters.

Simply do as previously instructed and blow him out of the sky and move on, no regrets, zombie has been......returned to sender.

Flying Zombie Spawn Location 3

The next spawn location can be in the YARD area. This floating zombie is very easy to find as it is behind a very large and luminous landmark in this area, in the form of a giant JELLYFISH, and is located only a.....YARD.....or two away from it.

Simply stand behind the TANK in this area that is destroyed and if looking at the back of the TANK dead on, turn about 180 degrees to the and you should see the giant JELLYFISH up on the hill to the right slightly. You should see the floating zombie enter zero G and float past when you aim down sights underneath it.

The next location is in the PARTICLE ACCELERATOR room on the left hand side of the curved walkway around the outside of the accelerator. On the left hand side you will see a machine emitting a red glow from it as it spins around, possibly distorting the gravitational field near it, causing the FLOATING ZOMBIE to float to the right hand side of this machine.

Simply shoot him and then move onto the last spawn location

The last location is the hardest one to find and is located in a flooded passageway underneath the area between the CONTROL ROOM and the MEDICAL BAY as shown in the images below. Simply shine the torch from your player into the water and you should see the zombie floating down stream doing the back stroke. 

Shoot him and your good to go to collect your reward or jump scare.

Horror film or Popcorn?

Whichever one you are in the mood for you can only choose one reward I am afraid, now you have shot all the floating zombies, make your way over to the POND area and you will see a lone zombie floating in the centre.

The reward options are:

• SHOOTING the zombie will reward you with a KILL STREAK
• WALK UNDER the zombie and you will get a little bit of fear in the form of a JUMP SCARE

It will be a little bit of damage to you the JUMP SCARE but its just a flesh wound and superficial as it seems like this demon hasn't been fed in ages and see's you as a juicy cheese burger or something. From what I can see the dental plan in hell is not up to scratch as think he has a huge build up of plaque on those Gnasher's.
