Hi guys,

here is the Lounge area map layout for Descent Exo zombies in Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Reckoning DLC. This area is one of the key areas as after revealing and activating the computer terminal in the tidal generator area, a security lockout is in place on the computer that needs to be released, In order to release it, if you look out the glass curved window of the lounge, you will see to the far left a dulled out pip / control panel station. You need to get your ass out there and activate the button on the panel which will override the security lockout that Angie has placed on the system.


I hope your a good swimmer because you cannot go out into the deep wearing your bathing costume, you need a specialised suit that can cope with the icy and dark abyss that lies outside....this of course comes in the form of the GOLIATH SUIT ARMOUR drops that happen randomly throughout the map. Once you pressurise the floodable airlock after activating the computer terminals in the tidal generator room, grab the suit and high tail it down to the airlock and go into it with the suit. 

You simply follow the lights along the seabed that lead you to the panel at the end of them which can then be activated, at which point it will glow blue, and you need to return the same way you came through the floodable airlock. This will then activate in the next round the first of Oz's challenges , the first being the DRONE CHALLENGE where you need to find about 5 treasure drones and kill them all within one round.....sounds easy? I thought so too, but its not and if you fail it first time it will keep repeating on the next round until you can do it.

Hi guys,

here is the Annex Map Layout Area for Descent Exo Zombies for Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Reckoning DLC. This is a very tight knit area as there is not much room to move and there are tons and tons of zombie spawn points where they can come from all angles and nab you with a surprise hit here and there when you least expect it.

It does provide some very quick access from the Reception area to most of the main areas of the map, however there are no weapons to purchase in the Annex or a 3D printer. The only things that are in the Annex is:


  • 1 Credit Machine
  • A Map
  • Power Switch
  • Exo Reload
  • Access to the LOUNGE where the FLOODABLE AIRLOCK is
  • Access to the Galleria to get your Exo Suits

If your unsure what the FLOODABLE AIRLOCK is and how to activate it then I suggest you check out the Easter Egg guide for this level to get every secret revealed step by step. This is a very small but vital area for the whole level thats covered so lets get straight to the map and reveal its secrets:

Hi guys,

here is the Tidal Generator area for the map Descent on Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies Reckoning DLC. This is one of the smallest, but most important parts of the map as it is what kicks the whole roller coaster of an Easter Egg off with a bang! Once in this area you need to shoot the 3 symbols of the Stingrays on the walls until the blue light above them turns on.






Once all of the lights have switched on, the two doors that are closed on the 1st floor are opened and reveal a small corridor behind them. In it you will find initially:

  • A teleporter
  • A computer terminal
  • Weapon Upgrade Station
  • Teleporter (takes you into OZ's memories at the end)
  • Musical Easter Egg Stingray (On the roof)

Later on when you get to a certain point in the Easter Egg, boards will appear in this room with numbers on them which you have to match by performing certain actions during a round. Check out the Easter Egg Guide if your unsure what I am talking about. When the doors are opened some of the characters will mutter some lines and then you can activate the computer terminal, when you first do, it will say access denied. 

Simply press it again and Oz will say he wants to help you but needs all the energy directed to that computer room and thats when the challenges begin to start after pressurising the airlock in the LOUNGE and then getting a GOLIATH armour suit and going out to press a button on the seabed floor to get the challenges underway. Hi guys,

here is the Galleria Map Layout area for the Exo Zombies Level Descent in Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare. This area houses the EXO SUITS that are a vital component to surviving any exo zombies level. It also has a musical Easter Egg that is located in the Fountain in front of the Weapons Upgrade station, as well as a panel that is removed after you complete the OZ DRONE CHALLENGE which needs charged up by transferring energy from EMP zombies into a meter to charge up.





It also links to the TIDAL GENERATOR area where the Easter Egg all kicks off by first revealing the hidden room / corridor in the tidal generator, which allows access to a computer terminal that needs activated first in order to start the Easter Egg off. 

It also links to the GREAT HALL area and the ANNEX area which help create short cuts to the different areas as well.

In the Galleria upper and lower levels overall there is:


  • 3d Printer
  • Security Switches on both levels
  • Exo Suits
  • 2 Credit Machines
  • 1 Weapons Upgrade Machine
  • HBRA3 Assault Rifle
  • Exo Slam Perk
  • Musical Easter Egg
  • Descent Easter Egg component

When on the upper or lower levels of the galleria, just remember near the Exo Suits zombies can freely jump up or down just like you can from the sides of the galleria area and sometimes can surprise you when a large mob falls down at noce out of the sky. Just something to be aware of. The zombie spawn in front of the Annex door is also a tricky area, don't put your back up against the door thinking no one can touch you in this corner, zombies drop from the air vents above and can get the odd sly hit in when you least expect it.

Step 13 Back to the Tidal Generator Room A Distant Memory




We now need to head back to the room in the Tidal Generator area and activate the teleporter which has now become active. When it is activated, you will be teleported inside Oz's memory! It will take us back to the very beginning in OUTBREAK where the nightmare all began, as you can see from the Atlas bus thats present in his memory, which is parked outside in OUTBREAK exo zombies level.




Oz will start talking and start ripping into the survivors by telling them things they have kept secret in the past. Lilith is a hacker trying to go straight in IT, Decker couldn't get into the army because he failed a drugs test, Kahn was left out to dry by Atlas....but how does he know all this they wonder? After a while of talking when OZ is finished you will be teleported out of his memory and the game will then end. This will unlock the achievement of 50 GAMER POINTS for the REUNION achievement.



The game will then restart in DOUBLE FEATURE mode which makes everything in black and white. This is the HARDCORE zombies mode where there is no heads up display, power ups don't last as long, bullet hits on zombies do not generate points only kills do and much more! You can however, in the LANDING AREA, at the start of a game, initiate the DOUBLE FEATURE by pressing on a certain control panel where you spawn. If more than 1 player is playing, you will need all the players to press it to vote for changing the game into hard core mode.

Step 9 - SIMON SAYS 



Once you have completed the MOVE CHALLENGE, make your way to the RECEPTION area and head up to where the desk is for check ins. Here you will find 4 computer screens that will play a sequence of flashes on the screen, indicating that they want you to press them again in the order they have shown you. Repeat the pattern shown by walking up to each screen after it has played a sequence and pressing the use button at each computer.

Step 10 - FRIENDLY FIRE CHALLENGE



After completing the SIMON SAYS step, you will then start a new round and Oz will challenge you to the FRIENDLY FIRE CHALLENGE. If playing on solo mode, bots will automatically spawn with you and act as your team mates in this round. You need to keep all the bots alive in SOLO mode to complete the round. If playing 2-4 player online, your normal team mates will now be able to take damage from the shots you fire, so you need to be very very careful who and what your shooting at. Don;t go trigger happy with grenades as its a sure sign you will see half the team go down and need revived very very quickly indeed.

Step 11 - BACK TO THE TIDAL GENERATOR ROOM



Once the FRIENDLY FIRE CHALLENGE is completed, we need to head back to the Tidal Generator Room. You will now find in the corridor behind the doors we opened at the start, boards on the wall with numbers on them. what we have to do here is match the bottom row number with the number that is on the top row. To do this we need to perform certain actions in order to make the counters increment. 

Each column represents an action, check out the picture above to see what you need to do to increment the bottom counter, or the checklist below can help also:

  • Column 1 = TOTAL BOOST SLAMS
  • Column 2 = TOTAL JUMPS
  • Column 3 = BUYING GRENADES
  • Column 4 = ZOMBIES KILLED
If you accidentally go over a number in the bottom row, the board will reset when you get to 9 of any of the totals.

Step 12 - ROCKET CHALLENGE



Once you have completed step 11, you will start a new round and Oz will give you the rocket challenge. In this round, you guessed it, you can only use a MAHEM rocket launcher to kill the zombies with which is great fun, but also dangerous if you get too close with the rocket and a swarm of zombies comes over you as you will take damage yourself.

PART 2 OF THE DESCENT EASTER EGG WALKTHROUGH

Step 5 - GO TO THE GALLERIA FOR A JOLT


When you get to the GALLERIA area, where the fountain is on the lower level, an electrical surge collection device will be mounted on the wall, which absorbs shocks from yourself into the machine. What you need to do is let the zombies that are blue with the EMP style attack, hit you while standing next to the machine. The energy they zap you with will be transferred into the machine and will start to increment a dial on the device which will slowly go up to 100 for each jolt you receive.





STEP 6 - THE GRENADE CHALLENGE



When you start a brand new round after completing filling up the energy meter with EMP zombies energy, Oz will give you the GRENADE CHALLENGE. In this challenge throughout the whole round it is taking place, you will not be allowing to fire your normal weapons. The only weapon you can use is your grenades, definitely have the contact grenades by this point as its much more easier to kill the zombies in large groups instantly. Using normal grenades means you need to get your timing right and they may roll off and miss huge opportunities to kill lots of zombies in a single blow. Finish the round and then make your way to the initial spawn area the LANDING AREA.

Step 7 - LANDING AREA....How good is your jumping skills?



When you get back to the LANDING AREA you will see some very strange luminous blue symbols floating through the air. What these are is a jumping puzzle that wants you to jump onto them and keep progressing on them until you have completed the challenge. If you fall into the sea while doing this it will not be game over as that would be fairly harsh, you will simply be sent back to the LANDING AREA for another go each time.


There should be around 8 of these puzzles before it lets you move onto the next step of the Easter Egg.

STEP 8 - MOVE CHALLENGE


In this challenge that Oz sets for you, each time you move, points are deducted from your score! The aim is to try and stay as still as possible to retain the money you have gathered up in the round until its over. The more you move the more you will lose. Having a Nano Swarm is useful to slow zombies down and allow you time to spin round and shoot them with the right stick thats used to look around without losing points.

here is the final Exo Zombies Easter Egg Guide Walkthrough to get you past the Descent Exo Zombies map from the Reckoning DLC. This is not as easy as some of the other Easter Eggs to complete, but it does go out with one hell of an ending and its worth doing to see how the story ends. No use giving up now when you have come this far!

The Easter Egg starts off in the Tidal Generator where we will be opening doors that reveals the same kind of computer that we first saw in the very first Exo Zombies map called OUTBREAK. So lets delve right in and waste no time and get you the achievements for completing this awesome map!

Step 1 THE TIDAL GENERATOR


In the TIDAL GENERATOR room, you may notice when running up the stairs that there are two doors that are sealed, but when you peer through into them, you can see a corridor running along behind them. We need to open these to start the Easter Egg off initially. You will notice that above the doors and the way up to the top of the generator, that there are these little black symbols of what looks like a manta or sting ray above certain areas. We need to shoot these symbols until a light above them turns blue, there will be 3 in total and it does take a good few rounds to activate them. Best to use a machine gun if you can, especially if open fire power up is active to conserve your ammo.



This will then open the 2 doors that where locked where you will see the computer terminal like in OUTBREAK. Activate the terminal screen twice in order to get the Easter Egg underway.



Step 2 - LOUNGE AREA


Next we head to the LOUNGE area where there is a FLOODABLE AIRLOCK just beside the 3D printer in this area. Once you have reached it, you will hold the USE button down to depressurise the airlock so that it can later be opened by someone in the GOLIATH style robotic armour. When holding the USE button down, you will see a small progress meter with a spanner appear. If you are attacked by a zombie at any point, you can let go of the USE button and resume your progress from where you left off.





STEP 3 - GET A GOLIATH SUIT AND GO FOR A SWIM



Find a Goliath suit which is randomly dropped in the map on the upper levels of the retreat and make your way back down to the LOUNGE area as we are about to get wet. Go to the FLOODABLE AIRLOCK and open the door. It will now allow you to go outside into the deep. Keep going forward towards a light you can see in the distance and punch one of the dead zombies that is floating down from above out of your way. 




Once you get to the light at the very end of the seabed, press the use button to activate it, then you can come in and dry yourself off. Don;t stay out too long as you well know all good things eventually come to an end, and staying out in this freezing ice cold water will get you killed if out there too long.




STEP 4 - DRONE CHALLENGE




When you come back in from under the water, Oz will initiate one of his challenges, which will be in the form of the DRONE CHALLENGE. Here you must destroy a certain amount of drones within 1 round that will be flying around the map in order to complete the challenge. In single player / solo mode it is around 5 drones you need to kill, however it may be more in 2-4 player. The drones will NOT be carrying any kind of powerups so don't be expecting lots of help for killing these mechanical nuisances.

Hi guys,

here is the Spa area map layout for the level Descent in Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies. This map plays a crucial part in staying alive through the rounds in this level, as it is the only area in the map that has a freely accessible decontamination pad to cure yourself from infection during the infected rounds. 




Failing to open this sooner rather than later does prove to be a bit of a problem as especially in 4 player, the credits shared between certain people can be tight. I have found when someone is infected they run toward the Spa area to cure themselves, only to find they do not have enough mulah to open the door and die outside it. Its happened about the last 10 games I played at some point. 

I always make a point to open it by about round 3 or 4 just to cover my own back side, and in doing so, it also helps the team out as a whole. 

There is not a lot in this area except for:
  • 2 Maps
  • Contact Grenades
  • 3D Printer
  • Decontamination Pad
  • 2 Credit Machines
