Hi guys,

there is a secret Axe Throwing Easter egg within Ashes of the Damned to get rewards in the forms of loot, salvage, high rarity weapons, Pack A Punch Crystals, Aether Tools and more, within this Call Of Duty Black Ops 7 zombies map.

This Axe throwing competition, so to speak, is orchestrated by the man himself.....Mister Peeks.

All we have to do in order to complete this mini Easter egg, is to head over to the BLACKWATER LAKE area and to the building beside the CABIN called the TOOLSHED.

When you enter this TOOLSHED, turning left at the door immediately, there is a set of shelves. In the middle of these shelves, you will find a GOLDEN TROPHY. Interact with it and it will start to glow with a golden hue.

When this happens, head outside of the TOOLSHED and just to the right hand side of the SHOTGUN WALL BUY there is a TREE STUMP with a FREE AXE you can pickup.

When you pick this AXE up, head over to where the EXFIL is in the BLACKWATER LAKE area, which is in front of the CABIN.

If you look up in the air, to the right of the EXFIL BOOTH, you will notice that there are PURPLE TARGETS floating high in the sky.

All you have to do here is throw the AXE and destroy each of the targets as they appear.

As you hit each target, the AXE will be thrown back to you. If you miss you will also retain the axe, so don't worry if you miss and are thinking you need to go find an axe again, or need to purchase additional axes, Mister Peeks has you covered!

When you hit all of the floating targets, you will be given a reward.

The class of reward that you receive depends on how quickly you can destroy all of the targets in the allotted time, as well as how many you hit.

Of course, the quicker you destroy all of them, the better the reward you will get. This is pretty much standard procedure how zombie side Easter egg's like this work.
