Hi guys,
here is the full Easter egg guide for the Paradox Junction Zombies map within Call of Duty Black Ops 7.
This is actually a very doable Easter egg, even on solo, and it shouldn't take long to complete.
It's a much smaller map, however don't be fooled, it is tight quarters and can get quite hectic very fast in the higher rounds as there are tonnes of zombie spawn points all around this map in both forms, whether its the destroyed nuke town of the present, or the nuke town in the past....get ready for some fast paced action from the get go!
Let's see how we can do this Easter egg and get some nice rewards for our hard work.
Easter egg pre-requisites, you must have the Blundergat and the Sundergat built before attempting this Easter egg, luckily the guides for these are available here Building the Blundergat / Building the Sundergat.
Once you have obtained these, we can begin...
Send in the Twins
The first thing we will be doing in this map, will be finding the REMOTE CONTROL for the RC CAR.
You can find this in 1 of 3 locations, all within the destroyed / present day nuke town area.
This car will be used to open up a HOUSE in the TRINITY AVENUE part of the map which will allow us to pick up 1 of 2 objects needed to summon in the TWINS into the map.
This item will be in the form of some WHITE CHALK. The second item is a SWING SEAT.
Let's get the WHITE CHALK first and find the RC REMOTE CONTROL, here are its 3 possible locations:
RC Car Remote Control Location 1 - Yellow House Garage
This is sitting on a group of shelves on the garage wall. It should be on the lower shelf. Simply interact with it to pick it up.
RC Car Remote Control Location 2 - Green house Backyard
This is laying in the dirt, in the small fenced off garden area in the corner of the backyard, belonging to the green house.
Interact with it to pick it up.
RC Car Remote Control Location 3 - To the right of Pack A Punch in Trinity Avenue
To the right of the Pack A Punch machine there is a large box of dirt. Simply look down to the bottom right hand side of the box of dirt to find the controller if it is here.
Once you interact with the RC CAR REMOTE CONTROL, the screen will turn black and you will be suddenly driving the RC-XD car, in a small cornered off area of the map in TRINITY AVENUE.
With this car, we need to drive it straight as soon as we spawn in with it, and go up the ramp directly in front of you.
At the top, take a left and drop down into another back yard.
Then go straight ahead toward the fence in the distance and then take a right to go up another ramp.
You will think there is nowhere left to go when you get on top of the blocks the ramp has taken you to, however it you look over towards the house this garden belongs to, you will see some rays of light coming through the fence at the bottom of it, from the house's GARAGE.
Line up the RC XD at a 45 degree angle to the house and the fence, then floor it and jump over the fence where the light is coming through some of the fence boards.
When you land, there will be a hole in the garage door here you can drive into it.
Once here, head towards the RED BARREL to the side of the GARAGE DOOR at detonate the car.
This will blow up the barrel and also blow open the GARAGE DOOR that leads out into TRINITY AVENUE.
You will exit the RC XD and when you do, head over to the house that is directly to the left of the PACK A PUNCH MACHINE.
To do this RX XD part, you will have about 30 seconds, as the battery level on the car drains fast.
Don't worry if you fail though, you can simply look in the 3 places again when it respawns for the REMOTE CONTROL again and it will restart the attempt, no biggy.
Go into the GARAGE and on the floor you will see a STATUE of a PERSON kneeling down in the garage.
Simply stay here for a few minutes and you will notice that the STATUE of the person will disappear and it will leave behind some WHITE CHALK.
Pick this CHALK up and we can move onto the next step.
Getting the "swing" of things
The next part we need to find in order to summon the TWINS into this map is the SWING SEAT. It seems the twins used to love playing on the swing while they were here....fun times.
First we need to go to the PAST NUKETOWN / UNDESTROYED version, and head over to the YELLOW HOUSE BACKYARD area.
In the back garden, you will find there is a SWING with a SWING SEAT attached to the chains on it.
Simply shoot this SWING SEAT and it will fall off. Interact with it to pick it up.
We then need to return to the DESTROYED NUKETOWN / PRESENT and go to the Yellow Houses Backyard area again and head over to its swing.
You will notice that this swing is missing the SEAT. Interact with this swing and it will place the SEAT into the chains. Then interact with it one more time and it will place the WHITE CHALK you found earlier on top of the SEAT.
A mini cut scene will play. When this is over, the TWINS will have spawned into the map and are enjoying the SWING you have setup again for them, bringing back memories of when they were together.
Not only have the TWINS made an appearance in the map, they will have also spawned in 3 MINI GAMES across the map in different locations, which you will need to play and complete, in order to get to the final boss fight.
Hopscotch Mini Game - Well hop to it then!
Head over to the DESTROYED / PRESENT DAY NUKETOWN and to the YELLOW HOUSE GARAGE.
On the wall to the right hand side of where the SWITCH is for the ELECTRICITY TRAP, there is a set of shelves. On these shelves near the bottom, there is a RED BOX.
Interact with this box to open it and it will reveal some IRRADIATED SEEDS inside it. You may sometimes need to crouch down to open the box as it can be a bit glitchy sometimes, but try it standing up first, then if that fails, crouched.
Once you have these seeds, head back to the PAST and to the NON-DESTROYED NUKE TOWN. Go to TRINITY AVENUE where the PACK A PUNCH is located.
Beside Pack A Punch, there is a house to the left. In front of this house there is some grass where there is a HOLE THAT HAS BEEN DUG, and looks like something can be inserted into it.
This is where you will become a keen gardener and place your IRRADIATED SEEDS into this hole.
Once you do, you will start a MINI SOUL BOX sequence where you will need to destroy zombies with the BLUNDERGAT / SUNDERGAT weapon in order to charge it with souls.
As you destroy the zombies, you will notice BLUE FLAMES and BLUE ENERGY starting to zoom towards where you planted the seeds.
Keep killing as many zombies near it as you can until you get a WHITE FLASH on the screen letting you know you have completed this part.
Now that we have completed that SOUL BOX RITUAL, we need to head back to the PRESENT / DESTROYED NUKE TOWN.
If you haven't got one equipped already, or can find one handy, head over to the CRAFTING TABLE where we will craft a COMBAT AXE.
Now, in the DESTROYED NUKETOWN, head back to the place where you placed the SEEDS in the PAST.
You will now notice that there is a beautiful GREEN TREE growing in place of where the IRRADIATED SEEDS where located.
What you need to do here is then throw your COMBAT AXE and hit the GREEN TREE a total of 3 times.
Each time you hit the tree, a piece of STRANGE WOOD will fall off the tree.
Once you have 3 pieces of STRANGE WOOD, we need to head back to the PAST NUKETOWN and to the YELLOW HOUSE'S LIVING ROOM area.
Once you get here, go up to the FIREPLACE and hold the interact button to place your pieces of STRANGE FIREWOOD into the FIREPLACE.
Then stand back and throw a MOLOTOV to set the wood on fire.
Once it is lit, there will be GREEN FLAMES coming from the STRANGE WOOD.
Now you need to head back to the DESTROYED NUKETOWN area and go to TRINITY AVENUE again. In the middle of it you will now notice there is a WHITE X marked on the ground.
Stand on this for a few seconds and you will notice a BLUE AURA emanating from it.
Once this happens, then head back into the PAST NUKETOWN area and go to where the WHITE X was located in the PRESENT and you will see the TWINS appear in the ALLEYWAY near PACK A PUNCH.
When they appear, you will notice they are starting to draw the outline of the HOPSCOTCH game on the ground.
Once they have finished they will disappear and a BLUE ORB will appear at the entrance to the ALLEYWAY, allowing you to start the game of HOPSCOTCH when you are ready.
To activate the HOPSCOTCH GAME, go up and interact with the BLUE ORB, it will then start the game.
All you have to do is simply jump from numbers 1 to 12 and then when you get to the end, back from 12 down to 1.
Simple right? Well there is a slight catch, as nothing in life is this easy!
As you are jumping, there will be a BLACK MARK moving down the numbers from 11 to 1, then when it gets to the end of the numbers, it starts at 11 again continually, until the game is completed.
If you land on the number with the BLACK MARK, this will FAIL the game, but there is no need to worry, as you can just instantly retry it again in the same round after about 30 seconds of waiting, the ORB should reappear.
If you jump outside any of the WHITE CHALK OUTLINE of the hopscotch game, you will also fail.
Best way to avoid the BLACK MARK is wait until it is in the adjacent square to you and when it is one number away from you, then jump as it starts to change to a lower number again.
If you have done it correctly and you get back down to number 1 again, the hopscotch game will glow blue and then a YELLOW ITEM will appear in the middle of it which is a GOLDEN MUSIC BOX.
When it does, we need to get kills with the BLUNDERGAT / SUNDERGAT to charge it, as it becomes a SOUL BOX escort challenge.
Killing zombies with the wonder weapon will charge the box up, or with AETHER SHROUD kills also count, and with each charge, it will move along a set path.
It will then eventually make its way to the YELLOW HOUSE and fly into the FIREPLACE and then there will be a flash, giving you a MAX AMMO as a reward.
