Turning on the Power in The Shadowed Throne - Call of Duty WWII Zombies

Secrets: Pack-A-Punch / Wonderbuss --

Hi guys,

here is the guide on how to build the WONDERBUSS wonder weapon which in turn, is used to gain access to the Pack-A-Punch machine within the zombies map The Shadowed Throne on Call of Duty WW2.

There are a few steps which are easy enough to follow when you know how and we should get to work, that Wonderbuss ain't going to build itself....if it did.....this would be the shortest post in history. Its easier to put together than any IKEA flatpack furniture I've ever encountered.

Building the Wunderbuss…..bringing in the big guns

Step 1 - Acquire the code from the Radio

Time to turn on, tune in and cop out to the radio waves emitting from the MAIN STREET on this map. To the left of the derelict cinema/theatre on the main street, there is a radio in the corner, on a table where there is a stack of sandbags piled up.

On top of the radio there is a code you need to remember and write down, as you will need to refer to it later on when in the destroyed CHURCH.

Check out the animation below to see how to get the church, its a path that takes you through the Cinema front door, then out to the left, across a ruined street and in the side entrance of the church:

Once you have arrived in the church, there will be a map on the notice boards with a RED PIN stuck on it. This location the RED PIN is plonked on, along with the code you picked up which written on the top of the radio at the start will give you a radio frequency when compared to the chart just to the left of this map.

In our example here, the code on top of the radio was RS-3, so we use first check the location which the red pin was on which is BARNRIM, then the BAND which is 1.2 (the RS part) and finally the FREQUENCY which is the "3" part.

This gives a frequency of "50.1". Return to the location of the radio where you found the code on top of, in the MAIN STREET and tune that bad boy into frequency 50.1.

When the correct code has been input it will come up that you have "Found the Radio" and some audio dialogue will begin playing.

Step 2 - Baby your a Firework....

In the next step we now have the objectives of SETTING OFF THE FLARES and obtaining the GEISTBOLT.....all in a days work.

To obtain the flares and set off a wonderful display of colour in this levels dark and dingy sky, head from the radio in the main street area through the cinema and out to the left again into the PLAZA area, which is on the way to the CHURCH.

As soon as you come out of the CINEMA/THEATRE on the left corner there is a box of flares that need popped open.  A flare is already lit giving you a hint that this is the location, sitting beside the box. Go up and press the USE button on the box containing the flares and you will set one off with a bang.

Once the flares have been set off, zombies will appear that charge at you. Keep killing them until one drops the GEISTBOLT and pick it up.

Step 3 - Where's the spare batteries?

Did you hear the one about police who arrested the two robbers? One robber stole a battery, the other a firework.....they charged one and let the other one off......terrible joke I know but hopefully the cheesiness of it made you smile :).

We now need to find the WUNDERBUSS BATTERY which can spawn in several locations and I have listed 3 known locations below:

  • In the MUSEUM- in the corner where a body is draped over the side board. Its just to the right of the body in the corner from where you enter from the street where the whole in the girder is located

  • In the MUSEUM - in the main room which displays the suits of armour and uniforms etc, to the left hand side in the corner of where a player comes down the steps from the upper balcony

  • In the CABARET - from the front door, take a left to go up the stairs and on the first floor to the right where the floor is all broken, on the edge of the table the battery is perched on top.

Step 4 - What a Wunderbuss life

Now we need to head over to the APARTMENTS area and activate the wonder weapon room by using the battery on the open control panel where you can see a space and some wires.

Then we pick up the battery again by going behind the electrical wires in the control panel and holding the use button. With the battery, which hopefully has some juice left in it, we can build the WONDERBUSS weapon with the battery and the Geistbolt in the machine in the middle of the room behind this control panel.

You can reach the apartments by going through the UNDERBELLY area. When the battery and the Geistkraft has been used to build the WUNDERBUSS pick it up and lets get onto Pack A Punch location.

Part 2 - Unlocking Pack A Punch with the WUNDERBUSS

Next we need to find 2 metal plates on the walls that reveal a circuit behind them that need shot with the Wunderbuss to supercharge them....its like a mobile phone charger on steroids and charges it in seconds except doing that to a mobile phone might cause battery to explode...won't mention any brands there....think its all of them now at one time or another.

The first plate is in the UNDERBELLY and is easy to get too as soon as we have built the WUNDERBUSS, head out of the front door of the APARTMENTS and take a right, go straight down the corridor and turn left and you will see a blocked area with metal bars.

Peeking through these bars on the left hand side of the wall is a metal plate which you need to throw a grenade into to blow it off. This will then reveal a panel with an electrical circuit that needs charged with the WUNDERBUSS. Simply shoot it when its exposed and shockingly....that's it, we can move onto the hunt for the second panel.

Luckily the second panel is just a casual stroll from these iron bars to the left in the DESTROYED BUILDING. Its on the wall on the right if you look at the iron bars and turn 180 degrees on yourself, careful not to get dizzy, and about 3 metres down and on the wall on the right.....is our second panel. Same again, grenade, blow hatch cover off, charge electrical wires with WUNDERBUSS calmly and gracefully.....of fry its ass its up to you.

You will then be presented with the message "Unlocked the Ubersprengen". This is Pack A Punch and is located to the right of the second panel you just electrified with the WUNDERBUSS in the DESTROYED BUILDING. The door was previously closed, now its open sesame season on it.

Still unsure how to do it? Watch RandomChievos video below for an easy walkthrough:

Armory Gorod Krovi Zombies Map Layout - Call Of Duty Black Ops 3

Map Layouts: Belsinki Square --  Department Store -- Armory --
Tank Factory -- Infirmary -- Supply Depot -- Operations Bunker -- Dragon Command

Buildables: Dragon Shield --

Easter Egg Guide: -- Part 1 -- Part 2 -- Part 3 -- Part 4 --

Hi guys,

here is the map layout for the "Armory" area of Gorod Krovi in Call Of Duty Black Ops 3. This area looks like it has been gutted, as well as scorched, by soldiers in this version of the universe, and by the dragons that fly overhead. It is definitely not a place to get stuck in on higher rounds as there is not a lot of room to manoeuvre or escape in the narrow stair wells and small rooms. There is also the constant risk of being burnt to a crisp by the dragon that lands and scorches the second floor central area just for the hell of it. It does however contain a part for the Dragon Shield Buildable which is quite important, along with a Group 935 bomb location and access to the "Infirmary", "Supply Depot" and the "Department Store".

Lets get down to the map layout and see what we are dealing with for the Armory:

Ground Floor:

Second Floor:

Third Floor:

The Armory area links a lot of the maps main areas together, almost acting like a central hub to the map. It links to the Infirmary by using the Skybridge up on the 3rd floor, the Department Store, the streets outside Dragon Command, Operations Bunker and the Supply Depot area....all the areas a professional Dragon Slayer needs to access.

It also houses a Dragon Shield part which can spawn in 1 of 3 possible locations in this building. As in some other areas. if on the 2nd floor of the Armory, keep an eye out on the skies above, as a dragon lands on the roof and likes to turn the heating up on the 2nd floor by napalming a small section of it. As mentioned before, any zombies that walk into the fire, will turn into NAPALM ZOMBIES. I am telling you this as sometimes there are challenges on the challenge boards at the MAIN SPAWN AREA that tell you to kill so many NAPALM ZOMBIES in a certain way.

There are also Pressure Dials located in this area which is related to the Samantha's Lullaby Musical Easter Egg Song.

Thanks for reading as always guys.

Department Store GOROD KROVI Map Layout - Black Ops 3 Zombies

Map Layouts: Belsinki Square --  Department Store -- Armory --
Tank Factory -- Infirmary -- Supply Depot -- Operations Bunker -- Dragon Command

Buildables: Dragon Shield --

Easter Egg Guide: -- Part 1 -- Part 2 -- Part 3 -- Part 4 --

Hi guys,

here is the map layout for the "Department Store" area of Gorod Krovi in Call Of Duty Black Ops 3. In this department store, you won't be buying luxury items such as Dolce & Gabbana, Hugo Boss etc....but if you are interested in charred zombie remains and demolished parts of buildings.....we have plenty in stock! This is because it looks like this area has, and from time to time in the map still is, trashed by one of the giant dragons that likes to heat the department store with his napalm breath at regular intervals on the map. One area being the Department Stores 3rd floor which he probably sleeps on after a long night out terrorising the neighbourhood.

First lets get a look at the Department Stores 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors to see how it flows.

1st Floor Layout:

2nd Floor Layout:

3rd Floor Layout:

The Department store is the first port of call as soon as you start the game, that allowed you access to all the other areas of the map such as the Armory, Infirmary etc. On the first floor there is a Group 935 Bomb Location. This relates to a challenge set by the computer in the Dragon Command building. These bombs relate to STEP 6 in the Main Easter Egg Guide which you should check out. There are 6 challenges in total set by the computer that you must complete on this map to progress to the Easter Egg completion.

The Musical Easter Egg in this area is in the form of a wine bottle. When all 3 are found on this map, it will play the "Dead Ended" song by Clark S Nova. If you do not know the locations of the other 2 bottles, check out my DEAD ENDED GUIDE HERE. Altogether there are 3 Musical Easter Eggs on this map:

  • "Dead Ended" by Clark S Nova
  • "Ace of Spades" by Motorhead
  • "Samanthas Lullaby"

On the second floor we have a small office just to the right of the stairs as you head up to the second floor. This houses some sweet treasures such as the Juggernaut Perk machine as well as the Coat / Clothes rack which allows you to obtain helmets for your characters in this level, which gives them special abilities and boosts. Such as the DRONE HELMET. if your unsure how to get this, do not worry or go nuts panicking, simply check out my DRONE HAT / MASK GUIDE here.

On the third floor is one of the more dangerous areas to be in inside this building. Every 60 seconds or so, a dragon flies overhead and hovers above the department store, raining down napalm around the area dotted with white X's on the third floor map layout. You do not want to be in this area when it goes up as you will be downed very quickly. If zombies are caught in the fire, they catch fire and become NAPALM ZOMBIES. Killing them makes them explode. These bear relation to the Challenge boards where it asks you to kill so many napalm zombies to complete a challenge.

The napalm scorch zones are also used in different locations to throw a monkey bomb into the flames in order to activate Samantha's Lullaby Musical Easter Egg Song. Again if unsure, check out the SAMANTHA'S LULLABY GUIDE here.

Last but not least to mention there is Pressure Dials dotted around the map, 6 in total if I remember correctly. These are located in the following areas:
  1. In the TANK FACTORY
  2. In the BARRACKS
  3. In DRAGON COMMAND
  4. In the ARMORY
  5. In the SUPPLY ROOM
  6. In the DEPARTMENT STORE

These relate to the MAIN EASTER EGG STEP 3 - "Last But Not Least Trophy" and you should check it out for an explanation on how these work as it is a bit tricky.

Thanks for reading as always guys, hope your enjoying the map!

Belsinki Square GOROD KROVI Map Layout - Black Ops 3 Zombies

Map Layouts: Belsinki Square --  Department Store -- Armory --
Tank Factory -- Infirmary -- Supply Depot -- Operations Bunker -- Dragon Command

Buildables: Dragon Shield --

Easter Egg Guide: -- Part 1 -- Part 2 -- Part 3 -- Part 4 --

Hi guys,

here is the "Belsinki Square" map layout, otherwise known as the MAIN SPAWN AREA, for Gorod Krovi Zombies in Black Ops 3. It has been a long time coming due to being a little bit of ill health on my part, but I am here now ready to give it my all before the final DLC is released for Black Ops 3 (Wipes tear from corner of eye *sniffle*).

I am really looking forward to the Zombies in Spaceland chapter that Call Of Duty Infinite is cooking up and totally loved the teaser trailer they released for it, cannot wait!....break dancing zombies what more do you want?

First lets get the map layout for Belsinki Square out of the road first to see what we are dealing with:

Belsinki Square is a fairly small and tight area due to the narrow trenches that weave their way around this area. There are also plenty of zombie spawn locations which can, in later rounds, make this area fill up pretty fast, so you better have your wits about you and your running shoes on when in this area on higher rounds from around 12 upwards. The good news is that these long narrow sections of trenches make it easy to train zombies into long lines, enabling you to deal maximum damage with explosive weapons such as grenades, rocket launchers or weapons with splash damage.

Some of the key features this area has are:
  • Samantha's Hide and Seek Game Location (Main Easter Egg)...
  • Challenge Boards (Similar to pillars in Zetsubou No Shima)
  • Quick Revive
  • RK5 Pistol (Costs 500) & Sheiva Assault Rifle (Costs 500)
  • Gobblegum Machine
  • Quick Revive Perk Machine
  • Zombie Trap Switch (Power needs turned on to activate)
  • Door to enter the Department Store (Costs 500 to open)
  • Area where initial spawn is where a WHELP is launched, related to MAIN EASTER EGG

Quick Revive is located in this location and is always needed in SOLO mode to self revive or to get your team mates off their asses and back on their feet pronto! It is located next to the door to the Department Store which gets the ball rolling on this epic map and also lands you in a whole lot more trouble than you bargained for.

The challenge boards on the map are in the form of tombstones. These are the same as the pillars in Zetsubou No Shima and each player has his own set of challenges to do, as well as a special challenge to activate and complete at the bottom. The one with the GREEN flame emanating from the top is the tombstone challenges for your character,

Unless you have been playing the map with your eyes closed.....and survived to a high  round....I congratulate you, but you will also have noticed the giant 20 tons dragons flying around the area napalming and destroying buildings. Don't be alarmed, in this reality it is normal...."State pays for everything" as Nikolai says, so don't worry if the dragon blows up a £20 million building its only money, can be replaced. You will see a dead dragon to the right hand side of the main spawn showing you that the dragon's can, and later will need to be, killed in a dragon boss fight, one of two boss fights on this map.

To see the details about the "Samantha's Hide and Seek" game on the map, see the full Samantha Lullaby Guide here. The "Dragon Whelp Launch Location" relates to the main Easter Egg and should be checked.

Thanks for reading as always guys and enjoy the map!
