ROUND 1.....FIGHT! “Tyr vs Dravakar” (Weak point phase)

At the start, the giant robot Tyr fights Dravakar in the background. You’re supporting Tyr.

How you damage the boss
  • Look for red glowing weak spots on Dravakar’s body after inflicting certain levels of damage
  • These appear briefly in different locations (arm, chest, etc.)
  • You must dump as much damage into them fast when exposed

If you do enough damage
  • Tyr staggers Dravakar
  • You get breathing room / reward pressure relief

If you fail
Dravakar retaliates with heavy arena pressure (freezes + attacks)

Main threats that come from this stage are:
  • Constant zombie pressure (fast movers)
  • Ice zones that freeze parts of the arena
  • Rock/ice projectiles from Dravakar

Phase 2 - Floating Head Phase
After enough damage, Dravakar becomes immune and summons floating ice heads called Gjallarfrosts into the map.

How to deal damage
You CANNOT damage Dravakar directly here.

What we need to do here is:
  • Wait for a Gjallarfrost to stop rotating
  • Watch for red eye / mouth opening cue

Use one of:
  • Jotunn Star charged shot into its mouth (charge this up by killing zombies with it)
  • Grenade / lethal into mouth
  • (sometimes) heavy weapon/killstreak method depending on loadout
  • This drops the head
  • Then you shoot it with normal guns on the ground

Repeat until all heads are destroyed.

Floating Head attack pattern intel:
  • Close-range ice burst AOE
  • Predictable audio cue (deep inhale sound)
  • Icicle spikes forming before attacks

Phase 3 — “Arena pressure phase” (frozen map + bombardment)
Dravakar returns and the fight becomes more aggressive:
  • Large parts of arena get frozen / locked zones
  • Heavy projectile spam begins
  • Weak spots still appear, but less forgiving

How to damage him
  • Keep shooting red weak points when exposed
  • Later, his face/head/eyes becomes the main target

His attack types at this stage of the fight
1. Ice Rock Barrage
  • Huge projectile volleys
  • Can wipe you instantly on direct hit
  • Always hide behind pillars or terrain

2. Frozen Dawn / zone lock
Entire sections of arena freeze
Standing in it = slow + damage + death risk

3. Rune-pattern barrages (final variation)
These are visual shapes on the ground:
  • S / V shapes → move sideways between gaps

  • Arrow patterns → lane tracking, keep shifting

  • Horizontal lines → go prone

  • Random scatter (H-type) → stay behind cover

Final Phase - Lockdown finish

Once Dravakar is almost dead:
  • Arena gets heavily restricted
  • Constant barrage with minimal safe zones
  • You cannot really “stop moving”
How to finish it:
  • Keep shooting face/head weak point

Only stop firing to:
  • Dodge rune waves
  • Go prone for full-screen attacks
  • Survivability > perfection here

Eventually:
  • Damage cap triggers
  • Dravakar becomes immune
  • Tyr finishes him off

Once DRAVAKAR is destroyed, there will be a MINI ICE BERG appearing in the middle of the area, which has a little surprise inside it.....which will then trigger the cutscene.

Thanks for reading as always.

Henry
