Hi guys,
here is how to get 3 RANDOM PERKS and open a Mini Cat Café in the Kowakujo zombies map, within Call of Duty Black Ops 7.
I know you have secretly wanted to open a cat café, there is no denying it....unless you are allergic to cats....then that is probably not what you want to do.
Anyway let's figure out how to get these free 3 RANDOM PERKS and the cat café in this map.
Its raining cats and mice out there!
In order to activate this cool little Easter egg, we will need to find 5 MICE and 5 CATS that are dotted around the map.
Once all 5 MICE ARE COLLECTED FIRST, we then need to run around the map and find CATS to scare. Once we find a cat, we keep shooting it until it runs away.
We then need to progress 2 rounds until we look for another cat, shoot it and progress another 2 rounds to look for the third cat and so on.
We rinse and repeat this process until we have 5 cats sitting on a roof back in the TEA GARDEN area.
Quick Overview of this Easter egg:
Collect the 5 Toy Mice
Search around the map and collect all 5 toy mice. They can spawn in several possible locations, so check each potential spawn until you've found all five. Picking up the mice starts the Cat Café Easter Egg.
Find and Scare the Cats
- Cats will now begin appearing on rooftops around the map.
- Find the cat.
- Shoot it once to scare it away.
- Wait 2 rounds.
- Another cat will spawn at one of the possible locations.
- Repeat until you've scared away 5 cats in total.
Visit the Tea Garden
After the fifth cat has been scared away, all 5 cats will gather on the roof of the Tea Garden hut.
Head over to the Tea Garden and watch for a bright white flash.
Rewards
After the flash:
- Receive 1 free random perk instantly.
- 2 additional random perks appear on the nearby table for you to collect.
- The hut transforms into a mini Cat Café, complete with cat-themed decorations and furniture.
- Earn the Neko Café Calling Card for completing the Easter Egg.
Here are the POSSIBLE SPAWN LOCATIONS of the CATS AND MICE, sometimes both are in the same location:
- MOUSE LOCATION 1 - GATEHOUSE AREA
This spawn has 1 cat and 1 mouse at this location. This time, we will concentrate on the MOUSE for now.
If you come through the door buy from the OUTER WARD area into the GATEHOUSE area, and take an immediate right. Got up the steps to the next door buy.
Before the door, turn immediately 90 degrees to the right and there will be a ZOMBIE SPAWN WINDOW with and orange glow of light coming from it.
Just underneath the window, on the ground, there is a MOUSE here which you can interact with to pickup. It is hard to see in the shadows under the window, but hold and interact here and you should pick it up.
- MOUSE LOCATION 2 - FLOWER GARDEN AREA
The second mouse locations is in the FLOWER GARDEN. This is location to the right of the GOBBLEGUM machine if facing it head on, just behind a little flower which is green and yellow.
It is sitting staring at you and is quite clear to see its grey body and eyes starting back at you. Pick this up.
- MOUSE LOCATION 3 - KITCHENS AREA
In the KITCHENS area of the map, the one just behind the GHOST RIFLEMEN TRAP, there is a mouse hiding underneath some tipped over shelving. There is also a WHITE LANTERN shining down onto the floor to give you a bit of a hint to look here.
There are also 2 barrels to the left of it, one of them is tipped over. The mouse is tightly squeezed into the middle gap between these.
- MOUSE LOCATION 4 - STABLES AREA
In the STABLES area, there is a hole in the wall in one of the stables, about waist height.
To the left of this hole, there is a toy mouse sitting on the floor. This one is also quite easy to spot. To the right of it is a wall gun buy a few feet away.
- MOUSE LOCATION 5 - TRAINING AREA
Just behind the AMMO BOX in the TRAINING AREA, there is a mouse hiding in plain sight and is making no attempt to disguise himself.
He can be found on the floor, pick him up and that is the last mouse spawn location.
- MOUSE LOCATION 6 - TENSHU ENTRANCE AREA
Just to the left hand side of the EXFIL BOOTH in this area, there is a set of TILES laying on the ground.
This is another possible spawn location of the MOUSE, and is in between the tiles.
- MOUSE LOCATION 7 - TENSHU ENTRANCE AREA
Just to the right hand side of the ELEMENTAL POP PERK MACHINE, there is a small box with a TOWEL on it and one of the MICE can spawn just on the corner of this box.
Easy to see this one if it is there.
- MOUSE LOCATION 8 - CENTRAL COURTYARD AREA
Just in front of the JUGGERNOG PERK MACHINE in this area, there can be a CRACK in the ground which has LAVA emanating from it.
If near the top of the crack you look just slightly down from the top of it where it begins, there is a little mouse hiding in the crack.
It can be quite hard to see so make sure and double check it is not in it.
- CAT LOCATION 1 - GATEHOUSE AREA
This is in the orange glow window, directly above where you picked up the MOUSE for MOUSE LOCATION 1. Just look in the zombie spawn window and to the left and this is a possible spawn location for one of the CATS.
All you do here is when you find a CAT, is shoot it and keep shooting it, until you scare it and it runs away.
- CAT LOCATION 2 - FLOWER GARDEN AREA
This is also located at the spawn location for the 2nd mouse. It spawns just under a ZOMBIE SPAWN WINDOW to the right of the GOBBLEGUM MACHINE. If you look through the zombie spawn window to the back, on the right hand side of it, there is a possible spawn location.
- CAT LOCATION 3 - KITCHENS AREA
Where the third mouse location is in the kitchens, just behind the GHOST RIFLEMEN TRAP, if you go to the far right of this kitchen area, you will see a ZOMBIE SPAWN WINDOW, along with the blue ghosts of the riflemen.
If you look at the lantern near the left hand side of the room in there, there is a possible spawn location of a cat.
- CAT LOCATION 4 - STABLES AREA
If you go to where the fourth spawn location for the MOUSE is, stand back a few feet if looking directly at the wall the mouse was at and look up towards the broken roof and rafters, you will see a possible spawn location for a cat up here.
- CAT LOCATION 5 - GATEHOUSE AREA
This last cat location is directly above the AMMO BOX in the TRAINING AREA location where the MOUSE was located.
If you look up at the broken and damaged roof, on the end of one of the rafters, is a possible cat spawn location.
- CAT LOCATION 6 - TENSHU ENTRANCE AREA
This cat location is just to the left of the 6th MOUSE SPAWN LOCATION.
It sits just on top of the wall to the left of the EXFIL BOOTH and BROKEN TILES where the mouse was located.
- CAT LOCATION 7 - ONSEN BATHS AREA
This cat is just above the stairs before you go up to the ELEMENTAL POP PERK MACHINE to get the 7th MOUSE LOCATION that is sitting on the box beside the towels at the machine.
This cat is on one of the rafters up top above the mouse location.
- CAT LOCATION 8 - CENTRAL COURTYARD AREA
This cat is just to the right of the JUGGERNOG PERK MACHINE, in the large ZOMBIE SPAWN window beside it. If look to the far right of the window, on the edge of some rubble, this is a possible cat spawn location.
This is the last known possible spawn location.
Cup of tea anyone? Paws for applause
Now we have collected all of the 5 mice, head over to the HUT in the TEA GARDEN and if you look on the set of SHELVES in here, you should see the 5 mice you collected, sitting on the shelf.
Now we need to find the 5 cats and do the shooting to scare them away, then progress 2 rounds, find another car...progress 2 rounds stage, rinse and repeat until we have scared all 5 cats.
As you scare each cat away, if you come back to the HUT in the TEA GARDEN area and look on the ROOF, you will notice the cats are sitting on top of the roof.
Each one you scare there will be 1 cat, 2 cats, 3 cats, 4 cats and finally 5 cats sitting on the roof.
That is when you know you have completed the Easter egg successfully when there are 5 cats sitting on the roof.
When all 5 CATS have been scared away and are on the roof, simply stand in the TEA GARDEN and stare at them.....eventually the screen will turn white and there will be a flash.
Enter this hut and you will get your free MYSTERY PERK, along with another 2 RANDOM PERKS on the table.
The cat towers will also have spawned into the hut and you will have turned this small run down building into a safe haven for cats and a cat sanctuary for them to have fun in.
Cats need to have fun too you know, even during zombie apocalypse.
