Hi guys,
Here is how to activate the musical Easter egg within the Black Ops 7 zombies map Astra Malorum.
As with all the most recent musical Easter eggs, this one is no different, as we need to find the usual 3 pairs of MISTER PEEKS BUNNY HEADPHONES dotted around the map in order to activate the new song called "Magic" by Avenged Sevenfold.
Where are these bunny headphones you say? Let's find out, I am all ears.
There is also a BONUS musical Easter egg if you listen to the "Magic" song start to finish while on MARS I will cover also here.
Mister Peeks Headphones Location 1 - Machina Astralis
In the Machina Astralis area of the map, one set of headphones is located in a display case in the middle floor of this area. If you are looking at the large COMPASS light in the middle of the room, the direction that is pointing to the WEST, if the follow the path its arrow is pointing towards, you will see there is a display case up against the wall.
Look in this display case and you should see a pair of the headphones. Use the interact button to activate these.
Once activated. you will hear a distinct sound notifying you that you have successfully activated them.
Mister Peeks Headphones Location 2 - The Luminarium
Our next set of headphone sis just around the corner from the model of JUPITER in the LUMINARIUM area of the map. It is just around the corner from the model, sitting on the very bottom shelf of a darkened bookshelf.
This is located just to the left of near where the exit door to this area is.
Mister Peeks Headphones Location 3 - Mars
This last set of headphones can only be accessed when you are pretty deep into the Easter egg quest, as it requires activating the TELEPORTER in the centre of the MACHINA ASTRALIS area.
When you get to MARS, from the teleporter, facing forward when you arrive, run down the left hand side of this area till you get to the ZOMBIE SPAWN WINDOW at the end, which you look out during the Easter egg to shoot the 4 electric pylons in a specified order.
You will notice on the ground, to the right hand side of this ZOMBIE SPAWN WINDOW, the HEADPHONES are lying on the ground.
Once you activate it, the song will play and can sit back and enjoy!
Additional Musical Easter Egg While on Mars
There is an additional Musical Easter egg on Mars, if you stay on Mars while listening to the Easter egg song "Magic" from start to finish, you can also activate a bonus instrumental version of the SHANGRI-LA EASTER EGG SONG called "Pareidolia".
All you have to do after hearing the "Magic" song, is go to the TELEPORTER on MARS and if facing it head on, turn to the left and above the boundary here, you will notice a sunken STATUE HEAD in the sand.
Look down your sights at it for about 10 to 15 seconds and then the bonus music will start to play.
It is a nice Easter egg to do to get 2 for the price of one while in the same area, so definitely worth checking it out, as I am sure the music will bring back many memories of the SHANGRI-LA map which was one of the best.
