Hey guys,

here is the guide on how to obtain the R.A.I. K84 wonder weapon in the newest zombies map Firebase Z, for Call Of Duty Cold War. In total there are 3 ways which we can obtain this beast of a weapon and if you want to complete the main Easter Egg for this map, then you will definitely need to get your hands on this beast.

There are 3 ways of obtaining the R.A.I. K84 wonder weapon, which are listed below, and I will go through the BLUEPRINT one here, the mystery box one speaks for itself:


  • Obtaining the BLUEPRINT in the WEAPONS LAB and building it yourself by collecting the parts
  • Trials Computer
  • Mystery Box


BLUEPRINT.....its like a flat packed R.A.I. K84 in a box

This is the way you can definitely get the wonder weapon guaranteed! All we need to do is work out how to build it in the first place, to do this, head over to the WEAPONS LAB. Once there, you will see a work bench with a BLUEPRINT stuck above it. Simply hold the USE BUTTON on it to pick it up and your on your way to getting a quasi futuristic weapon of zombie destruction woo hoo!




Now we have the most important part of the building puzzle, a body will have spawn in the SCORCHED DEFENCE area, which you will need to head over to and perform some eye surgery. The patient, who is already dead, is called Dimitri Kuhlklay. This body will not spawn here in this area until you pick that BLUEPRINT up.






Simply walk up to the body and hold the use button to initiate a pretty gruesome eye being removed from the skull of DIMITRI using a knife. This eyeball will be used back in the WEAPONS LAB on the RETINAL SCANNER computer that displays the message PROVE YOU ARE ME in red.





With the eyeball safely watching over you or being squished in your pocket, head back to the WEAPONS LAB  and use it on the RETINA SCANNER computer. Once it scans the eyeball and confirms the identity, a drawer will open in front of the computer revealing a LOCKER KEY. Pick this up and then we will head over to the BARRACKS AREA.






Once in the BARRACKS AREA, go into BARRACKS 1 and BARRACKS 2 sub building and use the LOCKER KEY to start opening up all the lockers that you find in these sub buildings / tents. When you find a locker, simply hold the USE BUTTON and it will automatically use the key for you, opening the locker.

When the locker swings open, you may find that most are empty or possibly one has a bit of INTEL hidden inside for pickup, but some of the lockers once opened, will spawn in MIMICS. There may be around 1, 2 or 3 in total spawned in at the time. We are only really interested in one of these MIMICS who is going to drop something that we desperately need, but we will make sure to destroy all of them as they are a pain in the backside.




The part that the one MIMIC we are interested in drops is called the BARREL ASSEMBLY. When that particular MIMIC has been killed, he will drop this part and you must pick it up.






Next up we need to wait until about round 15 as we need to wrangle a MANGLER which will only spawn in from round 15 onwards. The very first MANGLER you come across may not be the exact MANGLER you are looking for, but killing several of them, you will eventually come across the correct one. Just keep an eye out for anything dropping after you kill each one.

When you kill the correct MANGLER, he will drop another part, so careless these zombies losing stuff they are carrying aren't they, which is called the UNCHARGED POWER CELL. Pick this up and head back to the WEAPONS LAB AREA.







Place the UNCHARGED POWER CELL in the COMPUTER on the right hand side of the WEAPONS LAB. This will start to charge the POWER CELL for you. It usually takes a complete round to charge it so if you started halfway through say round 12, you need to play all the way through round 13 and when round 14 starts, it should be fully charged again.

Simply go back to it and pick it up again and we can move onto the next step.

Now we need to walk up to where the RETINAL SCANNER was, where we scanned the eyeball into, and hold the USE button on the computer. This will then start an animation of what looks like a radar swirling round on the screen, however this is not what this is. What you need to do here is, watch the pattern on the screen as it moves around and when it stops, make a note of its location where it pauses briefly.






It will then move again and then stop, make a note of this location. Then it will move a final 3rd time to reveal its 3rd number it wants you to correlate the pattern on the screen and relate it to a dartboard. These SECTORS that it is highlighting are the sectors and numbers that are on the DARTBOARD which is located back in the COURTYARD AREA in the VILLAGE MESS HALL room.








Now we know the 3 sectors the computer highlighted, we now need to head over to the VILLAGE MESS HALL and try to work out what numbers these correspond to and then  simply shoot them in that order. Once all 3 numbers have been shot in order, we then shoot the BULLSEYE in the middle of the DARTBOARD and it will reveal the part called the AETHEREUM CONVERTER. This will fall out of the centre of the dart board and on to the floor.

The pattern for the numbers changes each play through, so the numbers you had on a previous play through will not work every time.







Now you have everything you need to get your weapon of particle vaporising zombie destruction....simply jog back to the WEAPONS LAB AREA and go over to where you picked up the BLUEPRINT, which is the BUILDABLES BENCH, and hold the USE BUTTON on it to start making your dream weapon come true.

It has 2 modes of fire, pressing up on the directional pad will switch to grenade launcher type attack which fires out like spinning blades, and then there is the normal attack for it like a PACK A PUNCHED AK47 only with a bit more kick to it. 

You can also PACK A PUNCH this gun 3 times which makes it a force to be reckoned with even in the higher rounds.
